Maintaining a youthful spine and hips as we age is essential for our ability to change levels, gait and all movement activities. When our mobility diminishes it slowly affects our entire body from feet to head . This workshops is going to build from basics of maintaining spine and hip health to more complex actions. Pilates Repertory is a wonderful building foundation but applications need to be made to standing especially for our older clients.
