The thoracolumbar fascia connects numerous muscles in the lumbar, thoracic, and sacral regions. It is also an important area of connection between the upper and lower extremities.  It is part of our dynamic stabilization of our spines as well as movers.

When the Thoracolumbar fasica has lost its hydration, it can impact on movement and the health of the back.  This week we will explore how to create new space in the Thoracolumbar fasica as well as training the connections in our function.
