I have ACL tears in both knees. I can feel the bones sliding when I move. It is really important keeping my legs strong. When I do not work on my knees, walking up stairs is uncomfortable. I have found that doing standing work essential for my knees. To do a lounge, I have to warmup my joints before. To do a lounge right away, my knees hurt. I have changed how I warm up and strengthened my legs.
