With our overuse of our devices, many of us are having discomfort with our hands, wrists and forearms. By improving function and movement of our hands, wrists and forearms, our health and our pilates workout can be improved. Using the pilates repertory we will add a new challenge to our hand-scapula relationship without losing a beat in our workout.
