Rotation is at almost every joint of our body.  Our walking uses rotation to mobilize us in space.  Walking requires rotation at the spine and lower/upper limbs.  Our everyday actions of getting into a car, walking and even cooking requires rotation.  Especially when the spine is stuck in certain places, one will hypermobilized below or above the rigid segment. . PNF patterns are a wonderful system to improve rotation in our joints.

This week in mat, reformer and parasetter class we will explore rotation and PNF patterns. Registration
