Dynamic Stability is freeing.
Irmgard Bartenieff taught a lot about dynamic stability. There is constant changes of coordination of the body to facilitate movement. There are poor cues of locking the body down that I have heard in my life pursing dance, pilates, yoga and fitness. This series we are going to explore waking up important sequential phrasing around the joints. When joints are locked down, we find unconsicous hypermobility below or above the locked joint.
This reformer series is going to explore how to create support without locking joints down. Poor stability freezes the body from correct mechanics,
