This spring I started reading The Thorax: An Integrated Approcoah by Diane Lee with a special bookclub with Pilates teachers.  I also have the great fortune to be studying again with Jean Claude West and exploring the ribcage.  In my own practice, freeing the ribs have led to a new freedom in my upper back and breathe.  Our forward heads especially being on devices so much is creating havoc to our posture, neck and shoulders.

This week in online mat, reformer and parasetter class we will explore the Rib It – Freeing the ribs for a healthier spine.
