Pilates Workouts are specifically aligned with the client’s needs. With a repertory of over 300 exercises, imagine the numerous ways we can customize a workout to your needs.

A woman with osteoporosis of the spine needs a very different
workout than a client who loves to play golf
 
Each Pilates session is personally tailored to meet your individual goals.
As your goals and strength change, your Pilates workout changes accordingly.
Instead of repeating the same Pilates repertory during each lesson,
Pilates workouts are varied to keep your mind stimulated and your body challenged.

All sessions and classes will provide you with a total body exercise  that will dramatically improve your strength, flexibility and posture.

Private Sessions
• One on one training can excel your learning and your fitness
• Private sessions are fine tuned to your needs and goals
• Some of our clients use privates sessions on a monthly or semi-monthly basis to fine tune
  their practice to augment their other practice in classes


Duet/Semi Private Sessions
• Join with a partner(s) for a more affordable but intimate training with our staff


Pilates equipment/group classes

Pilates Equipment Classes

• Group classes on Pilates Reformer and/or tower
• Intimate classes of 5-6 persons
• Learn how the Pilates equipment informs you to a new fitness


Pilates Group Classes

• Group classes 10-16 persons
• More affordable classes using Pilates props as magic circle, Pilates Arc, Pilates springs
  and physioballs

Special workshops helping you find better connections and ease in your body.

Special pilates group sessions
Movements Afoot would love to set up special classes for special needs.  We would love to bring pilates movement to people who would love a Pilates class designed at the pace and needs of their present health.  Please give us a call if you and your organization would like to set this up.
